We are the students of A+Hardware and Microsoft Academy at Cuyahoga Falls High School. ​​We are all very  excited for our futures in the tech field. Our Tiger Technicians have quite a large knowledge base on computer repair and troubleshooting. You have nothing to worry about, your computer will be in great hands. You'll be up and running in no time and save a little money too.

   

     We charge for our services on a 'Tier' scheme. This means we'll evaluate your problem and try to fit it into one of our four tiers. We'll quote you later for additional parts. 

   

     To assure you the most accuracy, we will take a        24 hour evaluation period to diagnose your problem; then we will tell you the estimated time of completion. Our #1 priority (other than resolving your problem) is to stay in contact with you the entire time.
