How to submit a "Help Request" + Contact Information 

    To keep things organized, keep track of your items and progress, and to stay in constant contact with you, we have a special system. When you submit a help request it automatically goes to our repair center and we have access to it immediately. This system helps speed up the repair process when we know about the problem before we even get to take a physical look at it. It also gives you some peace of mind because we will send you updates on the progress every step of the way. Submitting a help request is like sending an email. It helps out the evaluation process and will speed up the repair time the more specific and detailed your help request is. We want details!

  2. Fill it out in Docs, Word, Open Office, etc..​

  3. Send the completed form to us by email: TigerTechnicians@Gmail.com

  4. We file it away at our location

  5. We confirm with them that we have received the form.

  6. Finally, We can’t wait for your arrival!
